This
restored 1920's craftsman bungalow is a 15 minute walk to fine dining
and unique shopping on Highland Avenue. |
The
front garden blooms continually April through September.
It was featured on the Secret Garden Tour in
2000 and visited by the Bulloch Hall Garden Club
in 2003. |
Relax
on the screened porch, which has a Pawley's Island
hammock, a porch swing, and a breakfast area. |
The
Victoria is a private entrance suite with a queen antique
carved bed, private bath with bidet, heated towel rack,
and whirlpool tub. Its private balcony offers a wooded,
birdseye view of a 2 1/2 ton cast stone ionic capital
designed by son Benjamin Northrup for the Meadows Art
Museum. |
The
private entrance Studio offers a king feather bed,
antique armoire & hall bath (european style)
with whirlpool tub. |
The
Albert Room features a queen brass bed, private bath
with heated towel rack, cable television with DVD & VCR
players. |
The
living room is a comfortable area for lively conversation
over beverages and endless pistachios or for watching
sports on the 42" large screen television. |
The
dining room features brunch in front of a cozy fireplace
in wintertime. The ornate bird feeder outside the Palladian
window offers year-round amusement. |
The
sunny, old-fashioned kitchen is a pleasant setting
for breakfast for one or two. |
